Welcome to Cơm Việt on Lake Constance. Here, the flavours of Vietnam and Thailand meet – prepared with rice, fresh herbs, and quiet respect for every ingredient. Step into our house in Lindau's old town with an open mind and a calm heart.
It is said that in the kitchens of Đại Việt and Siam, recipes have always been passed from hand to hand – from grandmother to granddaughter, from granddaughter to our house. Every dish we serve today on Lindau's island still carries the mark of those old recipes – an echo of two culinary traditions, gently kept alive for the present.
